We all know the profound impact that music can have on us and this workshop will allow you to understand why. From looking at how music impacts our brain and body, to understanding how we associate our emotions with it, this workshop was all about exploring music as therapy.

The experiential session addressed elements of music and how they affect a person’s physical, mental, emotional and social aspects of life. Right from understanding how the human brain responds to music and how it can be used to address neurological disorders, to experiencing the various therapeutic interventions that one can create using music, this session was an introduction to the core elements of music therapy.

Music is a tool to not just facilitate interactions and community building but also to explore the self, and the way humans process mental and emotional states of being. Music is an integral part of our lives and this session throws light on using different aspects of music to channel wholesome growth and learning in individuals.
